It's Still A Seller's Market 

In 2017 on the market there were 783 homes. December 2018 closed with 1124 homes on the market that is an increase of homes for sales of 43.6%.

And sold homes there were 595 homes sold in December of 2017. Compared to 475 homes that were sold in December of 2018 that's down 20.2%. 

And our inventory months of inventory on market December of 2017 was 1.3 months we have increased that up in December of 2018 to 2.4 months. That is an 83.6% increase in the number of homes on the market today. 

The average price per square foot that homes sold for in December of 2017. The average price per square foot was $197.00. Compared to December of 2018 where it was $214.00. An increase appreciation of homes of 8.6%. 

And how long are home staying on the market? Average days on market in December of 2017 was 36 days. The average days on market in 2018 was 41. An increase of days on the market of 13.6%. 

And last the average sold price of homes on the market. Was $369,000 in December of 2017. Up to $396,000 in December of 2018. For an appreciated price of 7.3 percent increase in the value of homes over that one-year period.
